~ In this class we learn to prepare delicious, colourful wholefood with an emphasis on deeply nourishing ourselves by eating fresh nutrient rich foods. We get creative with food presentation using combinations of colours, textures, and food groups, to whet your appetite and revitalise your whole being.

~ Soups have the power to heal and soothe many ailments. Easy to prepare and digest, they are particularly beneficial during times of stress, illness, tiredness and calorie restricted diets. In this class we’ll make delicious soups for liver cleansing, iron deficiency and kidney support, and more!
Healing Soups for all Seasons

~ Learn to make delicious ‘healthy’ cocktails and tonics, (with or without alcohol) to invigorate and soothe the senses. Using herbs, fruits and vegetables and other intriguing ingredients, you will feel the therapeutic benefits and have new liquid refreshments like you’ve never had before!

The science is out - food affects your mood, for better or for worse! In this workshop we learn how different foods can help enhance, shift and even change your mood, for the better! A big claim it might seem, but here’s an opportunity to learn what foods they are, and various ways to prepare them.

The 'Flourish As You Nourish' workshops can be given on a one on one basis or in groups of up to eight people.
Workshops can be done in person at my garden practice, at your space, or virtually by Zoom. All workshops are two hours long.
